Nancy has a unique combination of planning, public facilitation, business management, economic and accounting experience and education. Nancy has a degree in Urban Planning and Economics from the University of Oklahoma. Nancy has worked in the area of water resources consulting for more than thirty-three (33) years. Her expertise ranges from the day to day planning and management of a water resource consulting corporation to individual project management, public facilitation of both large and small projects, cost and quality control, and project scheduling of all work. Her role at Love & Associates, Inc. as Chief Executive Officer affords her the responsibility of interfacing with individual staff members, clients, reviewing and regulatory agencies, contractors, and the general public in order to insure that each project undertaken by Love & Associates is of the highest quality using state of the art techniques and is performed in the most efficient, expeditious, and cost effective manner while keeping the client and/or the public informed as to its progress and project findings at all times. Nancy recently has achieved the certification as a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) from the Association of State Floodplain Managers. Nancy also is an excellent facilitator and has conducted many public meetings and has excellent skills as a consensus builder where multiple jurisdictions are involved in a project as well obtaining approval for projects from affected parties including both residential and commercial property owners and various other stakeholders.
