Roger is a licensed registered Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado and other states and holds a doctorate degree in Fluid Mechanics and a masters degree in Hydrology from Colorado State University as well as an undergraduate degree in Aquatic Biology from the University of Vermont. Roger has been a faculty affiliate in the Department of Civil Engineering at Colorado State University. Roger has thirty-one (31) years of professional experience in water resources, including the design of hydraulic systems, stormwater master planning, channel and floodplain delineation, site drainage and erosion control and hydrologic impact studies including sediment transport and scour analyses as well as the design of utilities and parking lot improvements,. He has managed projects in both the private and public sectors and was previously Assistant City Engineer for the City of Cheyenne, WY. Roger has also provided expert testimony, commented on Federal Regulations and has provided consultations to the Department of Energy and Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Roger has been responsible for the design of many millions of dollars worth of constructed infrastructure facilities. He has a vast range of experience in the use of innumerable computer software programs including UDSWMM, UDCUHP, HEC-1 and HEC-2, HEC RAS, TR 20, HY-8 and K-Pipe, etc. |
