Steve has twenty-four years (24) of progressive engineering experience in the field of civil and water resource engineering. He is skilled in the areas of hydrologic and hydraulic analyses including rainfall/runoff quantification and routing using the rational method as well as CUHP and HEC-1 procedures. He has performed open channel and closed conduit hydraulic analyses as well as inlet sizing, detention pond sizing, and erosion and sediment control. He has extensive experience in the use of SWMM, HEC-2 and HEC-RAS. Steve has performed civil engineering design, contract document and inspection services. He has designed water distribution and transmission facilities, sanitary sewer collection systems, pump stations and force mains, storm drainage systems, detention ponds, canals and associated structures, and small dams. He has prepared construction contract documents, technical specifications and drawings, quantity takeoffs and estimates of probable construction costs for numerous projects.
